Free shipping applies to all orders over £75.
Store Collection
Goods ordered online can be collected from our Fulham store where this option is available. Once store collection is selected and purchase made you will receive confirmation of the date your product will be available to collect.
Shipping within the UK
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days and delivered by Royal Mail. The cost. Of shipping will depend on the size and weight of the parcel and the shipping option selected.
Shipping Outside of the UK
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK. Please contact us at [email protected] with any enquiries.
Order Tracking
Shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed. Always check your spam/junk folder.
Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery of an item. You can return your product for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special orders or customised items.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Attach the return label provided.
- Pay the postage amount due to return the goods.
You will need to present original proof of purchase and payment type. Refunds will only be made to the card used to make the purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
